The Standart Vesy is crafted in a tough 13 oz Japanese Duck Canvas fabric.
It has been washed/ rinsed 1 time to soften the fabric and to avoid shrinkage when washing.
Like denim, the cotton duck was favored by workers in those days as a tough fabric, and it is an indispensable fabric when talking about workwear. Although it is a plain weave, it is dyed with sulfide, so you can enjoy the color fading of the fabric caused by repeated wear.
Standart Vest is based on a 1920's style workwear vest featuring chain fastening hole for a pocket watch under the top button.
